My name’s Doug, and I coach new line managers to become confident people leaders, helping to avoid difficult employee situations occurring and ensuring that employees have a great experience at work.
When I took on my first line manager role over 20 years ago, I f****d it up because no one told me what to do, how to behave and I felt very alone.
Since then, I’ve taken what I’ve learned from this experience and turned it into a successful HR Career with the right mix of “human” and “commerciality”.
With over 20 years’ experience of coaching leaders at all levels and across a wide range of industries and employee situations it puts me in a great position to be able to help leaders who need to get practical advice and support (no classroom based learning going through lots of theories!).
